**Terms and Conditions: Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing Services**

1. **Acceptance of Terms:**

   - By engaging with [Mood and Mango for graphic design and social media marketing services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. **Scope of Work:**

   - The scope of work will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any modifications to the initial scope must be agreed upon in writing.

3. **Payments:**

   - Payments for services will be outlined in the project proposal. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

4. **Intellectual Property:**

   - Upon full payment, the client owns the final designs created for them. Mood and Mango retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. **Client Responsibilities:**

   - Clients are responsible for providing clear project briefs, timely feedback, and necessary materials. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline adjustments.

6. **Revisions:**

   - The number of revisions will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.

7. **Cancellations and Refunds:**

   - Cancellations made after the project has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for completed work.

8. **Confidentiality:**

   - Mood and Mango agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the client during the course of the project.

9. **Social Media Marketing:**

   - For social media marketing services, Mood and Mango will require access to relevant social media accounts. Clients are responsible for providing necessary credentials.

10. **Content Creation:**

    - Clients are responsible for providing accurate and legal content for use in graphic design and social media marketing. Mood and Mango is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of inaccurate or unlawful content.

11. **Project Timeline:**

    - Project timelines will be outlined in the project proposal. Mood and Mango will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon deadlines, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to adjustments.

12. **Termination of Services:**

    - Either party may terminate services with written notice. Mood and Mango reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the terms outlined in this agreement.

13. **Indemnification:**

    - Clients agree to indemnify and hold Mood and Mango harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the provided designs or marketing materials.

14. **Governing Law:**

    - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.

15. **Modifications:**

    -Mood and Mango reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
